AdvantAge Initiative - A community-building effort focused on creating vibrant and elder-friendly, or "AdvantAged," communities that are prepared to meet the needs and nurture the aspirations of older adults.
Cleveland Foundation Successful Aging Initiative - An initiative that supports and promotes the assets and positive aspects of aging. A multi-phased program, the initiative is focused on establishing elder-friendly communities, lifelong learning and development centers, and increased prospects for civic engagement, including meaningful volunteering and post-retirement employment opportunities.
